Spiritual growth never happen when we are under the notion that God is someone sitting in heaven with a remote control & he will be happy for my rituals for him and then he will bless me with the desired things I have spoken or unspoken to him.
According to Swami Vivekananda - Strength, courage, self confidence — these few but very strong things constitute the essence of own self & all other things are peripheral.
